Mate the diff, suspention, brakes will fit as for trim the back seat will fit the front passenger side seat needs spacers as the Vl had a raised hump in the floor to clear the cat.Drivers seat fits no worries.Dash fits but will need a few brackets bent up to hold it in place. Not sure about using the Vh heater with the Vl dash as i removed my heater box.

Pretty much everything on the body and interior side of things is interchangeable except boot lid, front end panels, trim around the rear quarter windows If you change the dash I think you need to use the VL front window which is glued in, and the heater box and bolt up differently, you need to cut a new hole and wired differently.
Mechanically if it's a six you can change the whole drive line (including the K frame, fuel tank Power steer rack) over but a lot of work for not much value, brakes are the same unless they are turbo so they'll fit but are bigger.
    Hope that help.

Diff will bolt in but I believe it is different width so you may need the wheels to go with it to gain the correct offset.
Also tailshaft bolts up different so you will need to swap the rear half with the VH one.
