vh no spark

hey guys.
as the title reads my vh [blue 202] has no spark.. i have changed the dizzy cap rotor leads coil and condenser, its not the battery because the starter motor is turning and the lights work.. pretty stumped what it could be any ideas?

check power to the coil

how do i do that.. i know there is no power coming from the coil

a test light is your best friend. failing that a normal 12V globe with a wire on it will do. turn the car all the way to ignition 'on', touch the wire on the coil + wire and touch the globe body to the inlet manifold. if it lights up then the problem is elsewhere. ill bet it doesnt light up though.
