    Default vl walkinshaw wheels

i just brought a set of vl walkinshaw wheels and i put them on the vt calais and the bolts are to short. do You need special nuts that go with them as i wanna put them on my vk but its getting painted so can't try them on. will they fit the vk do they have longer bolts on the hub and i can use standard nuts or do i need to get original nuts that come with the wheels help please. i will find out when i get car back from getting painted but wanna know before then i can get the nuts before hand cheers

they fit straight on my VH, which has exactly the same studs as a VK.
From factory they used normal wheel nuts with black plastic wheel nut covers pushed over the top (purely for looks), but I just used the black capped wheel nuts off a VG ute, looks the same, but you don't need to pull the plastic caps off everytime you have to remove the wheel nuts.

different sized centers arent they? VT and VK. its prolly the center thats stopping it from going on, not short bolts.

I don't know why they didn't fit the VT.
Wheels from VB-VZ should be interchangable.
VE was the first to deviate

The walkies have a raised section at the back between the spokes. The section that is machined to fit hard against the hub is too small on the Walkies. Hard to explain but it will not allow the wheels to fit flush and the centres to meet. Do not us these wheels on anything that is newer then a VP. They cannot be machined to suit either. Do not use longer studs to make fit cause it will not be safe.
