Default Value of an original factory black, manual VC V8?

Just like to gauge if anyone believes if a factory Tuxedo Black, manual 4.2 VC SL has any value to it and if so, what they think it's worth.
It's absolutely original in all aspects, interior is immaculate(blue),body and paint is in excellent, original condition and motor/box also in excellent original condition, factory 4 wheel disk brakes and GU4 diff. Vehicle has travelled 200000 km's with 2 owners.
I'm contemplating buying it and turning it into a Brock replica but it's just too good and original to do so.
    So,how much is it worth?
Here's a few pics for reference.

mate, as mentioned, beautiful car. i would leave just as it is. man that looks so f'ing beautiful.

if you want a brock replica, i will swap you my VK, heavily modded 308, much better start to a replica cos' it awesome engine/running gear but needs a tonne of body work. PLEASE dont butcher that car.

That is a very nice example of an original 4.2 VC. What are they asking for it?

Lovely car, it actually looks too good for 200,000km, has it been restored?

The car is not restored. It's all original, paint is 30 years old. The car has been registed with the same plates and one owner since 1981.

Between $4k - $5.5k would be my guess without going over it properly. You don't see many in original black, or that haven't been fully sicked up these days.
