I think that's just there to help the motor warm up when cold. I'm not 100% sure wat it's called tho....but it joins onto ur extractors. If it was my car I'd just unbolt the tube, cut off the tube and just leave the 2 flanges, weld up the hole in the flanges left from the tube, refit with new gaskets....problem solved, it just won't be functional. Actually I think you'll only need to block off the exhaust side of it, ya won't need to block up where it bolts to the intake I don't think.

It's the EGR pipe. You can blank it off, but it won't pass roadworthy if it isn't connected.

100% chance if you have never touched the pipe before it will be clogged with carbon at the exhaust manifold end, everyone ive touched has been. If it is, it hasnt been doing anything so just blank it off.
