hey guys
i was doing a check over my hazad lights and tail lights and it seem that my hazards are only flashing on the brake bulb and not the specific bulb like it should i haven't touched any wiring apart from the towing plug but all wires on the tow plug are separated from each other and evan when they flash the number plate light flashes any idea's on what it could be iv checked fuses they all seem fine
pull all your globs out and clean all the terminal and sockets and also undo all your earths to the body clean and do them up tight, its usually an earth problen but your best of cleaning and re-tightening them all.

i did a check over (after being informed by a few people that i had a dodgy left brake light and indicator) of all my lights and was amazed at what i found. all but my left tail light and rear left indicator work fine. i figured id have a look in the boot at the tail light assembly and wow! the wires to the left hand tail light are, i kid you not, attached by blue tac and sticky tape. that would explain my dodgy lights i think haha. i think they have an earthing issue as well as i did notice over the last few days that if i indicate left whilst i apply the brakes the indicator is really slow but if i indicate whilst not applying the brakes the indicator is at normal speed. odd.
yeh it all working except for the rear taillight it flashes when the indercator is on but besides that it work as a tail light evan if the indercators r off
check the plug on the drivers side 1/2 way under the lip of the rear 1/4 panel wiggle it a bit and make sure the connection is clean and tight it also might have broken strands of wires (inner) there hence the wiggling of the plug area and also check your earths in the boot should be pretty easy to find (ive had the same problem.).
well the tail light wiring is a bit dodgy anyway so i may just strip it and re do it
