Air filter through bonnet and gauges on bonnet on a vk.

Hi does anyone here know or have passed experience with the legalitys off having your air filter through the bonnet and having gauges mounted on your bonnet.

Some people claim you can have it aslong as its not 70 or 100mm off the the bonnet.

So in Vic what can you have on your bonnet.
