Hi has anyone ever been able to fit a Vt-Ve seats into a Vb-Vl Legaly.
With the front seats can you use Vb-vk Rails on a vt-Ve seat.
And with the back bench is it the same a same sort off installation like it is with a vn-vs.

i think most people use vn/s seats in early commodores for a good reason vt and up are alot of stuffing around to get them to fit and just swapping rails dosent work you will need some custom adaptors made and correct me if im wrong ve seats would be way too big in an early commo ive got vs seats in my vk and they were just a case of swapping centre rails to vl series 2 to bolt them in using all original mounting points swapping later model backseats is a huge job as they are wider and taller they need to be cut down and retrimmed.
The VT onwards seats have totally different seat rails that don't fit the VB-VK floor pan. You need to get new ones made up and also engineered. Best thing to do is use VB-VK seat base with VT-VE seat foams.

yeah your probably better off sticking with your calais seats but vn/s front seats fit with just changing the centre rails to vl series 2 back seats dont fit about 60mm too wide and not really worth the effort to do i only did my front seats because i had wire digging me in the arse and got vs berlina ones really cheap .
I had VT seats in My VK for a while they were easy to fit.
40x40mm RHS 1.5mm wall thickness adapters made up, bolt the rails intot he car then bolt the seat to the rails auto engineer was happy to engineer it, then I changed my mind and pulled themout anyway
