wash it out with diesel. check the heads for warps and cracks and the intake manifold for corrosion

take off the intake pour diesel in but careful not to let it go into your pots. rotate engine with spanner let it sit for a bit and undo sump plug

Flush with a bit of diesel then just change the oil in her after you do the head gasket and take it for a long run and any water left will be burnt off. Drain old oil first of course.

another option before draining the oil out is to put a litre of trans fluid in with the old oil. awesum cleaner and lubricator just more exspensive than diesel

For it to go milky it has to pretty extreme condensation but yeh, forgot to ask if you actually lost any water out of the radiator.
