Yep it will fit but you have to cut the mounts off and weld the ones off the other diff on I have done this before
look at the bloke on your left now look at the bloke on you right now look at your self 2 out of the 3 people you just looked at are dead sh@ts which one are you
Don't do it, way to wide scrubs like buggery. Also you have to be careful welding bit onto it, due to loads it will take.

Maybe your panhard is bent or you need an adjustable one.Got one in my sle, with a load scrubs on passenger side.
No the diff will not fit without modifications as stated above. Surely it would be easier to get a VL sedan diff and put that in. I have just fited a VL 3.08 28spline LSD to my VK sedan and it just bolted straight in, got to be easier than having to change all your diff mounts, or look for a swap maybe someone with the sedan diff you want will want your wagon one, or just change the internals over to a sedan housing, but thats not that easy to do with out some prior knowledge either.

yeh its not for me as such but one of my dads work mates is building a group c replica and bought a v8 wagon lsd and the n discovered it didnt fit and was wondering if it was different diff or out of a different model and if i was to get it rewelded i would get the welder at work to weld it for me
How about changing the centres over?

you dont need to change shock mounts either just pop the rubbers out of the sedan shock and use wagon ones, had a wagon diff in my vc sedan with *" wheels and 245 rubber dumped on its guts and never scrubbed once.
