flywheel and clutch

can anyone tell me if a VB red flywheel and clutch will boltup to a VH blue motor

i have found some more info on the flywheel the red 202 flywheel bolts up to the blue motor the same but the blue motor flywheel is lighter because the blue motor has a counterbalanced crank
