    I'm going to put a ls1 in my vk and I have a choice of beefing up a salsbury 10 bolt or a borgwarner, just chasing some advise

    a 10 bolt could handle it, just depends on how heavy on the go pedal you are. However limited on gear ratios.

    borgwarner all the way, bigger range of ratios and easier to find parts for and strong enough to handel a fair bit of abuse.
