changed to manual

hey guys
i just through out my auto and tail shaft and the other crap and pulled the *T* selector out now im putting in my manual box in i need to know how to put a manual boot on the inside for the shifter? any ideas

mate, you really need to start a build thread haha. do you have the manual console piece ?
not sure on how hard they are to find for a vh, but for a vn they're pretty rare

so TY. are you going to spend the dollars for a new console, or are you asking for adeas to attach the boot to an auto console?

there is another option. get rid of the console altogether and just make a surround for the gear stick and handbrake. looks pretty good. there is a pic floating around JC somewhere of someone who has done it, but my internet is capped so will take forever to find.

I've got a manual surround, including boot sitting here that i took out of my VH which i'll sell. They're pretty rare to find in this condition so wont let it go for under $150. Let me know

well either i customize the auto console i have or ill just make a small surround for the gears and handbrake as ARI666 said not sure but i just trying to get some ideas and ill go from there and as for the build thread where do u want it lol coz as ARI666 said i do have *my vh* thread so year and i dont mean to piss ppl off on here with some ridicules questions lol

well one way or the other mate, you are going to need that metal plate and boot i posted.

then the console can go all sorts of different ways.

and theres the hole LOL and the rubber boot i have its a oval type one that look like it would go with that hole
