Default Does this seem like a new radiator?

I bought a rad from ebay a few days ago. Showed up today. Upon opening it i started noticing things.

Are they ment the be clean inside and out if their new?
1 Shroud bracket is bent, small dent in the ribbed things and the inside looks used in my opinion.

    Whats your thoughts?

were not talking cheap alloy, were talking NOS and yeah brass/copper is more expensive than alloy.

I had gotten various quotes for a new one. Repco $380 i think it was, Auto 1 $260, local radiator store $300.

The one i bought was an Adrad stock replacment.

And you should never go alloy on a old motor, the corrosion will eat that rad away fast. Hence why i wanted a stock one not an alloy.

Alloy is generally more expensive then brass radiators...

$250 is about the going rate for nos rads.

I went a HD NOS one for the 202 and it was $420, which is now useless to me hahaha i just made myself cry a little. Kept the beast as cool as a cucumber on the hot days so i still go my moneys worth, sorta.
Then the V8 HD one i paid $320 for at mates rates, it wasnt a NOS rad though, it was an ADRAD one wherever they source there radiators from.
