vh on VE gts rims ?

i was wondering if anyone has put ve gts rims on a vh .

if so dose it look good or not because i was think about doing it to mine but i dont no what it would look like

I reckon them rims are very average looking anyways. Not worth the money!! Aren't they 20"?? I've got 19's on my car and they seem to fit better than my old 17's with the narrower tyre, scrub alot less. Dunno bout 20's though!

Terrible rims on any car IMO. VT internationals look the goods on those old things.

i personally cant stand it when people put newer model wheels on older model cars, it looks shit. i hate seeing VE wheels on VS it just looks terrible and would look even worse on an early girl.

of course thats just my opinion and people are free to do whatever they want =)

Meh i reckon some look good and other look shocking, older holdens look nice with the original hubcaps and with dress rims, anything with plastic hubcaps looks ugly IMO.

yeah i agree with you both there. i have VS SS mags on my VB and am thinking about going to some VT/X SS mags. the reason i reckon those look alright on the early girls is because they have a really simple and plain design with nothing fancy or flash about them unlike the VY-VE rims

i'll get the issue number, there was a blue VH in street commodores with the GTS rims on it, looked mine. it had a turbo'd 202 ... went off its head will get the issue number ASAP
