Lightbulb 202 heads

can anyone tell me the differance between black 202 and blue 202 heads is can i for eg put a black head on my blue motor, is a black head better.
if anyone has a list of differances that would be good but any help would be appreciated

The black heads had a slightly better flow due to a change in the casting for the inlet valves to improve gas flow. This gave a wider port about the valve along with a very small amount

so the black head bolts up fine and has better air flow making it a better head is that right

Try to buy an EFI 202 head that way it wont have the holes.

For a carbie head a few ways of doing it

One my old EFI 202 I ran a carbie head and has large grub screws made up for the holes. Else you can use the air injection fittings off the pipework and weld up the holes. Or just buy short bolts for the holes.
