Quady question

I have pulled down my quaddy after the inlet incident thinking it won't hurt now my question is is it normal for the quaddy to be warped in the air horn and main body coz I notest that it had a massive bow so I pulled down the other two I had for spears and found they were warped to is it normal and can they be straightened out

you talking about the two bolt holes next to the secondary flap? it is really common for them to be overtightened and crush. it stops that secondary flap from opening/closing properley. and i dont really think they can be straightened. but the gaskets are pretty thick so it may be ok.

edit* if you are having problems with the flap opening and closing, then the dodge fix is to just grind off the edge of the bolt hole to allow clearance.
