indicator trouble

just taken my vh commy out for a drive when i push the brake the indicators dont work does this sound like a ground wire or sumthing? wire touching somewhere?

sounds like a bad earth around the lights common commodore problem.
if the brake and indicator lights work until you put them both on it will be a bad earth.
check they have the correct globes in the lights
