VH SLE manual conversion.

Hey fellas, im keen to drop a manual box into my vh, what would the best box be?
I also want to put some higher diff gears in but am having trouble finding the transmission and gears anywhere in Perth. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just put a t5 in my vh. But if you want bot up and go a m21 will be a easy fit but it is only a 4 speed. You will have to change your pedal box for a manual unit. If you go down the T5 path you will have to get a driveshaft made up and a new clutch cable. The T5 being a electric speed sensor you will have to ge a speedo drive from castlemain rod shop they also go adaptor plates and cross members. Hope that helps mate.

The T5 is a mechanically driven electronic sensor, so an easier way to do the speedo is unscrew the electronic sensor and have a speedo cable made up one end for the T5 fitting screw on and the other end VH speedo. Check my Site for details

VB SLE turbo 350 speedo cable will suit, that's what's in mine.
