    Probably nowhere "brand new genuine"

Just go to the wreckers and pick one up that's in good condition

the carbon can is full of charcoal and has a lifetime guarantee. it performs 1 function and that is just to filter flammable vapour. as long as the body isnt leaking then its ok, so as sabbath said, getting one from the wrecker is fine.

you can usually polish up the plastic body really nice with a buff and general car polish like turtle wax.

just check the filter in the bottom, it's how your fuel tank breathes. If it's blocked with shit, your tank won't breathe properly causing all kinds of problems.
it's one part that you do need to replace from time to time.
I don't know if you can buy them anymore, they are just a sponge sort of filter, I just washed mine out with soapy water.
