    Default footwell lights

Hi there, I want to put foot well lights in the front of my VH. How would I go about wiring it up so they come on wen interior lights are on. Do I need relays or anything to stop voltage drop. Any help would b great.

take the passenger side kick panel off and you will see some white wires floating around in there somewhere that connects to your door switch. those wires are earth. find an + constant from somewhere, then bridge the - to the door switch wire, and hey presto you have working footwell lights

you might wanna be careful how many/what type of lights you are installing. the door switch isnt rated that highly Amp wise, so running a shitload of 5W bulbs could burn out the switch.

You'd be able to bypass that worry of switches blowing by adding a relay, yeah?

I push the pedal to the floor, smoke them up and go.
