Just managed to pick myself up a reletively clean VK Commodore Ute. Obviously started life as a stationwagon it's been welded up quite nicely and looks relatively tidy. I do however want to give it a good panel and paint.
What I want to know is if anyone knows what the tailgate is off? I want to shave that hideous door handle and relocate it internally but want to know what it is in case I need another. I am also considering trying to find some other tail lights as I don't like the stock VK wagon ones.
Any one have any ideas re any of the above or anything else I should consider to tidy it up?
Tailgate just looks like a standard rear tailgate cut in half and the window shoved up behind the seats.
As far as tidying it up, looks a bit ratty from the photo's. Certainly plenty of work to keep you going.
