Vc headlights

My headlights won't work but highbeam n parkers work what can I do to get the head lights to work as the head light bulbs are brand new...

newer headlight switch. no longer made, but can be found on ebay. I think even rare spares stocks them. To confirm this, you may want to see whats working and what isn't by popping the switch out of the dash, and probing with a testing light.
