i know it will be a massive job but has anyone removed a shell from a vk. im thinkin bout removing mine due to the fact that i want to have the chassis all painted and shit. can anyone give me some advice PLEASE.

Have you ever heard of a monocoque chassis ??
If not, Maybe it's time you research it an your VK...

Unlike the HQ series it isnt a separate chassis.
However, I have painted the chassis on a VK before you need to setup an A frame from and rear and basically rotate the car clean it up, mask it up and paint it then mask off the chassis rails when you paint the underside of the body. Pretty straight forward just a big job

body and chassis is not seperable your best bet is to put the body on a rotiserrie to detail the chassis and underneath.
