Central locking Question

Hi there. I have a VH SLE with the central locking option and electric windows. My question is, Wen u unlock the drivers door it unlocks all other doors. But wen u unlock the front passengers door, it only unlocks itswelf and both rear doors, not the drivers. Iv put anuther set of wiring in both front doors to c if it will work but still the same. Is this the way its suppose to operate. Does any1 who has a sle or calais do the same or is there something wrong with mine (still)

i think its just the way it is. ive got to ask are you having a clean out, lots of bits fro sale at the moment

Both my front doors lock all the doors, just not with the key like it's suppose too - one of the great mysteries I've been tryingh to solve for years now.... good luck with it.

Yeah mate not much left now. Plus i buy stuff in beta condition or new for mine and sell the lesser

sounds like u may have some wiring crossed over somewhere in the circuit. my vh sle driver door is the only one that unlocks when key is turned, but if i turn the key twice they all open, or if i only turn it once then jump in and close the door i just slide the internal mechanism and the rest unlock
