Default ford t5 into vh 308 clutch issues

hi im currently in the process of putting the ford t5 in my vh and im having issues with the clutch not having enough adjustment with the pressure plate and thrust bearing

i believe i need a modified pressure plate because my pivot ball is screwed all the way in and the gearbox still has around 20mm before it meets the back off the motor just wondering if anyone has done this conversion and what clutch setup they used im currently using the standard v8 308 setup thanks ben

I used xf 6 cyl friction plate, standard holden 308 diaphram plate.
Throwout fork and bearing was supplied with the bellhousing from dellows as was the spigot bush into the crank.

    All went fine.
    What bellhousing are you using?

When I built my VK I made my own tailshaft up using compatible ends, unis etc and welded it up, with careful measurements & planning you can get it spot on, I ran mine un balenced for about a year then finally went to get it balenced and it was within .03 of a gram, the guy actually asked me if it was a factory shaft.
