    Default Need new tailshaft VB wagon 202 aussie 4 speed?

    ok i Need new tailshaft for my VB wagon 202 red motor aussie 4 speed, just want to know what ones i can use? does it have to be from a manual VB - VK can it be from a auto? does it have to be from a wagon or are the sedan ones the same as the wagon? any other commodores have one that will bolt straight up?

    can anyone confirm VB commodore 3.3ltr tail shafts are the same between auto/manual - sedan/wagon? also are the VC and VH the same as the VB? i know the VK isnt.

    Wagon ones are a bit different. No difference if auto or manual. There is if 5 litre V8 though. And some VK ones do fit.

    ok thanks for the replys so going to the wreckers today im lookinjg for a VB wagon 6cyl is that all the will fit???? can i find a VC or VH wagon 6cyl and use that tailshaft? what VK ones fit?

    I put a M20 behind my VH 202 Sedan and the tailshaft was the same. Not sure on wagons or vbs.

    You can use 6 cylinder VB-VK wagon tailshafts. Look for an early 1984 build VK wagon. The later ones have a different diff.

    Got one from a VK wagon bolted up no worries. no more vibration yea...
