Vc help

Hey hows it going. just need some info on a few things to do with my new project.

Its a 1980 vc commodore with a blue 202 on gas.

First thing is steering. Its got a power steering setup in it but i want to go manual steering. What will i need to make it manual steering?

Im looking into rebuilding the engine just make it nice and reliable. Im thinking of getting a ACL rebuild kit of ebay that comes with flat top pistons.
What would be the best way to build it to run on gas?
Iv seen these gas cams are they the way to go with the gas?
And what would be a good carbie to run?

Any info would be good.

you will need a manual steering rack.not 100%, but im pretty sure that the shaft is the same size for both.
