no just the usual gutter rash, i would like the polished look but dont have the time to do it myself

A metal polisher can get gutter rash out and polish them to a mirror shine. I got mine done like 4 years ago for $50 a rim - Cheap as chips!
They're easy to polish because they're flat. Just paint the "flutes" satin black, or something.

Not just any old polisher will do, I took some hotwires I had to any old polisher and they went apeshit on the rim lip and chewed into the hotwire spokes, look good from far but far from good.
