Q. What seats have you had??

What seats have you had engineered to fit your VH....cloth or leather etc.....electric? ....how much did it set you back??....legal??
Got any pics you can share??
I am interested in looking in to a late model HSV seat conversion....but is it worth it??...looks and feels great??...suits the drive-ability of the car???

I had a set of VT full electric seats in my VK ready to go for the engineer but ended up going for other seats, they were east to fitup Just a 40mm adapter rail bolted to the floor and captive nuts welded to the 40mm adapter rails for the seats to bolt to

I made my rails out of 50mm RHF but it was too big 40 would have been perfect, but I sold the seats and rails years ago now.

I would say Yes to the adapter brackets as a safety thing to make sure the welds are good etc, Seats no as they are a direct bolt in.

Best best is to call a local engineer have a chat to him ask him what he wants to see and do it his way, if you want to print my pics of what I did I can email Higher res version through for you
