Hey guys,
I'm new to this site but from what i have seen this site has people that actually know what their talking about.
Anyway, i have a Carby fed 202 in my VK and im have a lot of problems with the carby / Vac system. i was just wondering what to do and where to go.
Basically a couple of weeks ago i went to go for a drive in my car and every time i accelerated the car hopped. So when i got home i pulled the carby out to check it out and clean it being a varajet. i pulled it apart and put new jets and gaskets in it. while i had it off i decided to check the EGR Valve and EGR Valve Adapter. When i pulled both out they where a mess. The adapter was blocked and the Valve didnt work. The whole top part of both had been filled up with a glue or bog. the adapter had a pretty big chunk out of it up the top (probably why the person before me glued it up). I then saw that the inlet manifold had glue in it to. So i replaced the inlet manifold and the EGR valve and adapter. i cleaned it all out and put them back in. i was then putting the carby in and i cracked one of the mounts on the bottom. luckily i had another carby, so i put that on. after putting all the system back together, i went to run it. unfortunately for me in ran like crap. first thing i did was jump on the net to check if i could get any diagrams on the carby / vac system. i found one at VK Berlina Project ... my car is missing quite a few components that are ment to be there so i am now stuck with the vac system, carby and dizzy ( it has a vac hose off it that wasnt on the diagram).
i need all the help i can get
Thanks Brandon![]()

i through my varyshit carb out and put a weber carb on
Just connect it up as per the diagrams on my site, if some of the ported vac switches are broken replace them.
