AFAIK they came std with power windows, might have been an option to get wind ups.
i'm not 100% positive about this but i think they were still an option, manual windows standard.

Electrics were an option pretty much a standard option but I have come across a few manual window ones. I bought one to wreak once

The holden VK brochure i have says, The VK Calais was standard manual windows. Electric was an option. All calais's had central locking as standard.
