Vh sle- Vk berlina information

Hi, i'm wondering if you guy's could help me out with understanding what the i.d tag codes mean on my wifes cars.

her 1st car is a burgundy/silver VH SLE
the i.d tag on the rad support is 8X69TC & L574752

model VH8VX69-382
body 574752-A
trim 4003-79y
paint 2J 011-D
Eng L31 trans M40 RRaxle G70

her daily driver is a Vk Berlina. she is the 3rd owner, it came out with a 4 spd man, 5ltr brock (304) hdt grill an hdt gear knob.
it has a reg hunt i.d tag on the rad support ( i not sure if it was a "reg hunt special" ).

rad support i.d tag ( gmh ) is 8LI9GE

Model VH8VX69-382 denotes VH SL/E, 382 option pack.
ENG L31=308 V8, trans M40= 3 speed trimatic, RRaxle=2.60:1 ratio. Can't help with body, trim or paint codes. Do know its an Adelaide built car

Model VK8VL19-234, denotes a VK Berlina sedan, 234 option pack
Eng LV2= 304 V8, Trans M21= heavy duty aussie 4 speed manual, RRaxle GU4= 3.08:1, Can't help with body, its a Melbourne built car, trim or paint codes.

Wouldn't be a Reg Hunt special.

would you know if many of the berlinas were made with the 304 motor?, because i haven't seen any around ( Melbourne ) in my travels,

Plenty with both 308 and 304s. Just not many with the M21 gearbox.

I have a 134 pack that was factory 4.9/304+M21+GU4 10 Bolt salisbury LSD

There were quite a few however they are worth more as a Brock Group A Replica than as the original car.

would the HDT grill and gear knob be an optional extra? or did GMH just sell the car with them on it.

And i'm still curious why Reg Hunt put a i.d tag on the car.

my neighbours sle has a reg hunt id tag, i guess it was just what they did. your wifes sle is the same as mine, same codes and built in adelaide
