rare calais?

hay there guys new to the commodore thing just bought myself a 1984 VK Calais, it has a factory 5lr, which i believe is getting hard to find but the main thing is it has a big fabric fold back sunroof that i am told is factory fitter? any info would b apreciated thanks. will b a nice car either way when finished.
also something i missed out on that was in the car but pulled out was a factory eurovox tape deck with the equalizer and amplifier which i believe is really rare to have all three, but it went to a vk brock director so ill forgive them lol

hay mate thats all i got at the moment of the sunroof, and was taken with my phone so yea not the best qualaty ill c what i can do bout getting better ones, its pretty sweet thou

5 litre Calais aren't rare, unless factory M21 4 speeder manual gearbox. And that sun roof is NOT factory. Thats actually a very bad sun roof, probably done by a back yarder or dodgy dealer.

Actually in the VB-VK era, there was no factory sun roof, only dealer fitted ones. May appear factory, its not.

hay mate thanks, well i tond think its a bad sunroof, kinda unique, but even if its not factory it has been done very well, no rust round it what so ever and no leaks either, i no that because it has been sitting out side and we have had some very big storms down here. either way im happy with it just b good do find out where it was fitted or if there are any others out there

Actually in the VB-VK era, there was no factory sun roof, only dealer fitted ones. May appear factory, its not.

They do have them factory, read page 58 of the owners manual in a VK.

I've read the original stuff just recently, they never had factory roof. Dealer fitted. Cause Holden didn't have time to do these on the production line. Holden offered warranty on them however, never ever done on the factory floor.

no leaks? that's whats RARE, sunroofs came factory with leaks back in the day lol.

Its a factory 5 litre auto 2.60:1 VK Calais. Can't help with paint/trim codes.

ok i have tried holden, and even msged a brock club and they have never seen the sunroof so im guessing it definatly is after market so not rare just unique
