A lucky owner of 2 SL/E Commodores, a rare VB SL/E and a 2 tone VC SL/E. Just need a VH SL/E and have the set!
Sl/enut us right, it goes to the vacuum tree on back of the inlet just infront of the dizzy on the old stuff. Not sure about vs though check where your Bataks vacuum hose goes to, might give you an idea, as for being so short, check the floor, under the flood and infront of the firewall, the othe end has to be there some where, I've got trimatic and it's also short, runs to a solid line much the same as a brake line
i cant figure it out there was a hose on top of the gear box aswell i connected it to that nothing there so it must not go there. cant find any thing argh!! been looking for hours..
Just get a vaccum source from the motor. I don't think it matters to much where from

Most likely the breather, originally runs into the drivers side chassis rail so you dont see the oil that comes out when working hard.
okay guys finnaly found where it went i did alot of research to try and find pictures.. where the brake booster hose is i followed that to the manifold and underneath i could feel a little nipple so i plugged it back into that and took it for another drive!
problem fixed thanks guys!
