The rwc bloke has picked on too much movement in the drivers seat. How does the plastic angle adjuster knob come off ? Can It be fixed of should I try find another seat?

It just clips on, give it a good pull you may need to lever it off make sure you dont break the cover behind it.
If only you drive the car, stick a screw in it
