I've been asked to trade my VY ss 18's with these.. but i have no idea what they are.

Just so you all know, they'll be going on my VH. Opinions?

bbs is a possiblility, but bbs are far from a "imitation" of simmons. bbs have been around for much longer.

theres probably a brand cast into the back side of the wheel, but there were many mesh style wheels made over the years, so it could be anyones

They look very similar to the ROH hotwires that I have on my VH. They are also very similar if not identical to Vh SS rims. I would keep them on your Vh.

If they have ROH stamped on the back then they are Hotwires. Hq era I believe.

similar to original SS, but not the same
Original SS wheels were Cheviots. They were only 14 inch and didn't have as much offset

I've been googling hotwires and none of these are the same.

All the hotwires i've found have a 'ring' around the stud holes ( Center ) These don't.
