Hey guys, nearing the end of my VN V6 conversion to my VK commodore. But im a bit stumped on the power steering set up, I went into repco today and got a high pressure power steering line and they told me that normal hose would be ok for the low pressure one so i get home and on the rack theres two intakes so my question is. How do i fit a low pressure line.

can anyone please explain how i can hook up a low pressure line to the rack?

THe high pressure hose bolts to the back of the pump and to the rack. The size of the connections to the rack are different so it will only fit one connection. Can't go wrong. Make sure you put the o-rings on the hose ends befor tightening up. Not much room to work. For the low pressure you should have a connection with a small length of tube that goes in the rack end. The returm hose (10mm) fits over this with a clamp and it connects to the inlet on the resivoir. The resivoir sits on the pump.
Oh ok, I have got everything i need then, the only thing that had me stumped was the connection for the low pressure hose to the rack but im just missing a the piece that connects the low pressure to the rack. Will go to the wreckers and get one....Cheers.
