Brake pedal question

Gentlemen,

When I use the brake of my VK I have to push the pedal to the end before it starts to slow down.

Is there a way that the car starts slowing down when you just "touch" the pedal?

I replaced the brake fluid 5000km ago, the pedal doesn't feel spongey..

I think your up for a new break booster I had a car do that to me once

It's not the force you need to push the pedal, more the place before it starts working...

New mastercylinder if bleed and adjust does not bring it up.

yeh id say u got air in ya lines.... you need to bleed ya brake lines..
