Don't do it. Its a tad more wider than a VL sedan diff.

My VB currently has a wagon diff in it, with the sedan shocks, rear stabilizer bar welded on. Looks ugly welds too. Always have the left hand side rear tyre rub on the wheel arch lip. An adjustable pan hard rod is useless cause the right side would rub then.

plus the shocker set up is not the same.
why?
Wagons don't have rear sway bars coz the shockers and the angle they are installed
are meant to assist in stopping sway. Their mounts are also on the wrong place
for use in sedans...

The diff i put in my wagon was a vl 3.45 28 spline that measured exactly the same as a sedan diff and the same went for a vc i used to have it was a sedan with a wagon diff and was lowered with 245/60r14 on 8 inch rims with no scrubbing at all. also all 3 wagon diffs had sway bar mounts on them but the body's had no mounts.

See this is the thing... There's so much confliction with first gens. I was told a psteering k frame was different to manual steer. It's not at all, it all fitted up schmick!

3.08:1 LSD 10 bolt wagon diff, out of a VH Commodore. As you can see, no rear stabilizer mounting points. Also, the rear shock mounting points. My VB has the sedan points welded on to the area thats normal wagon ones go.

Sorry to tell you but they are different. Fitting "up schmick" tells me you have fitted the exact same type that come out of it.
