dash light not working on VC

I have a VC and outta nowhere the dash light is not working (the one that lights the speedo etc) Is it jusy a matter if replacing the fuse? if so I cant figue out which one it is from the fuse cover diagram

also, my pedometer doesnt work and speedo about 10km fast...ne suggestions??

The fuse cover should say something like "instrum illum" have a look on the cover it should be there.

Ok as for the speedo you need to have the correct speedo driven gear in your gearbox for your diff ratio & tire combination check my site for the speedo chart.
As for your odometer not working theres a little gear insite the speedo that needs to be reglued onto the shaft its on, personally I prefer to get an instrument buy to do mine as he will check the calibration at the same time.

Beat me to it Scott. Here's the direct link to his speedo chart. If you've got a different diff or tyre/rim combination than standard you'll need a different gear.

As for the slipping gear stopping your odometer, if you want to have a go at fixing it yourself refer to commodorenut's how-to at this link. While you're there replace any blown globes you may have in your dash.

Thanks, the instrum illum 5A fuse was blown, will replace that today.

As far as fixing the speedo, if I was to take the car to someone to do it what price should I be looking at ?
