what oil to use in 202

gi'day everyone, hope youve all had a great christmas and new years etc...
the time has come to change the oil in the vk.. what oil should i buy and what is the best brand.. am i better off getting shit oil first and changin it and then dropping that a few days later, then getting like pensoil somehting rather...
is there anything i need to know about about changing the oil..assuming i kow where it goes in and where it comes out loool.
another question was what psi should my tyres be inflated to.. i am running 205/65/15 sava intensas if that helps

Personally I would recommend Penrite HPR 30 & a genuine holden compact type.
Change it at 5000km intervals, I wouldnt worry about doing a short interval.

As for your tires it would depend on the type of driving you do but around 34-38 PSI I usually run 2 PSI less in the rear.
