1: Do you need to take out the rear seat to take the parcel shelf out?
2: My engine is an EFI 202, How much better would my car go/run if i put a pod filter on it? Is there any other things that are better than pods?
Thanks.
1: Yes you do.
2: I doubt a pod filter would help a stock VK, if you must just buy a K & N panel filter instead. K & N Part Number 33-2515. Spend your money on head work, and exhaust or something worthwhile.
cheers

ok thanks, also what are some other mods that would get my car going a bit better?
does the computer restrict modifications?
thanks again.
In all seriousness bang for your buck with a 202 I wouldnt bother, personally I would do a V6 conversion or and EFI 5L conversion.
Theres not really much point putting a big head and cam on a stock bottom end if you want to a good performing 202 your much better rebuilding one, but then it comes back to cost and it would work out the same if not cheaper to convert to a V6.
Sorry to sound negative but I have been there done that
cheers

hehe well im only 16 so i cant really afford a conversion![]()
to answer both questions yes the seat has to come out, a pod filter will only make minamal improvement, maybe try and work on getting cooler air to engine this will help with performance
