vh slx wont idle

please help, i putt a carby kit throgh my vh and put it back together and now it wont idle. the idle, mixture screw and float are all good?

when you say wont idle, you mean its stalling, or it constantly has a bumpy idle even when the car is warm?

stupid question, is the auto choke connected correctly?
