gauges not workin

hey guys and girls
justa quick question the temperature gauges and fuel gauge on the vh 253 are not workin just wondering how i go about fixing the problem? tried takin gauges out and puttin ones out of a vb in but that has not fixed the problem.

Well i would be looking at the the fuel tank for the fuel gauge, where the wire connects to it. Temp gauge i would be looking at the front of the inlet manifold where the temp sensor is.

make sure u plug the dash back in correctly......in my vk i didnt do this so go back over all of that stuff n have a look ok!!! i might b wrong but its worth a try

yea made sure all the gauges were working properly. they werent workin so i took it all apart to see why put the vb gauges in and it still doesnt work. guess i will try whats been mentioned today and see if that fixes it
