VK Dash Illumination

Needless to say, the dash illumination in my VK SL is terrible. REALLY terrible. Makes me wonder why they ever fitted a dimmer switch to it

What options have I got for brightening this up?

If memory serves me, there was a "condom" like thingy over the globes on earlier commodores, does the VK have this same quick fix?

What strength globe(s) does the VK use? Could I just throw a stronger globe(s) in there?

It's not a major problem, but it is frustrating not been able to see any of the warning lights in daylight. And at night, it looks pitiful.

Anyway for me to get blue lighting happening in there, as well?

I chucked white LEDs in mine. Removing the green 'dom covers did a bit, white LEDs slightly better still, but still pretty ****ing useless. I've got a digi dash waiting to go in, so I'll just deal with it 'til then

Would like to get the replacements before I actually rip it apart
