I am having the same drama at the moment with my VC bonnet hinge.
Mine has sheared the bolt off level with the body though
Im thinking the only way to get to it to drill it out is from behind under the mud guard.
There is a extra panel layer behind the bolt though and I am thinking I will have to drill an acess hole to get to it.
What a pain. Im just trying to get the thing tidied up for sale.
    Paul.

It takes 2 people i u want it done right the first time or atleast2nd time around, just mnake sure it looks right and opens up free, without any clunks..

Look at your old marks where the nuts where tighten up before..

I'd try to bring it forward abit and see how i looks, then take it back abit, its way easier with 2 people, 1 to support the bonnet, while the other does the nuts up.

Do the front nuts up first then the rear ones.
