interceptor 5.0ltr into vh sl/e

hey guys i own vh sl/e and its got a stock 202 blue in it... i have found a vk interceptor with rebuilt motor for 2500, eye sore inside n out but spotless under the bonnet... was wondering if it is possible to take the engine n running gear and put it into my vh..... with not much modifying of the engine bay
any info would be appreciated

I wouldn't spend 2.5K on a whole car just for the motor. You would be better off having the motor you've got rebuilt and maybe adding some performance features too.

save a bit more and put a 304 in it. or get a worked 308. but if you want to do the change over it should go fairly smoothly.

not just the engine i need all the fuel pump n stuff as well. n its midly worked nothing major its been ported n one bigger than normal cam. has k mak struts aussie 4 speed,lsd, n a cat back exhaust as well. n i can always make a little money back fixing up the intercepter shell and selling it with its bt1 tags wouldn't get much but coul dmake couple of bucks
