vk is having problems going into gears and pissing out transie fluied

Auto? Manual? If auto replace the pan gasket and the inside gaskets, do a band adjustment. A $12 kit from Autobarn. Check the modulator at the back of the trans. Might be leaking vacuum. There is a pipe with a hose on the end and also in the engine bay. Tighten it up.

cheak the clamps around the radiater and see if they are split

check the lines that go into the transmission as well

did those things an haas stopped leaking il but now is having trouble going into the gears and dont have 3rd gear.might be the modulator but not sure. any idears?

I know this sounds stupid but makes sure there enought fluid. but yeah could be modulator valve make sure the lines tight at tboth ends if it's not getting vacum it won't shift properly
