did all vb sle come with power windows? did any?

Not every single VB SL/E, only the ones optioned with them. Mine doesn't but a 310 pack does.

Best thing to do if its a real SL/E is look on the build plate for the code 8VX69, thats the SL/E build code

Yeah Mate, Even VH's did not come standard with electric windows. You could get it as an option for an extra couple of coins. As above stated: check ya codes. They will tell you all you need to know.........
